Finding a great place to hunt is often as challenging as the actual hunting itself. So to find places to go in Minnesota try these resources from the Minnesota DNR and put your tax dollars to some good use: Wildlife management areas (WMAs) DNR Public Recreation Information Maps (PRIM)
Shooting preserves: One type of land all hunters are welcome on is a private shooting preserve, where you pay a fee to hunt game. For a list of Minnesota's shooting preserves, call the Minnesota Department of Natural Resources information at 1-888-646-6367. You may also call Melanie at (651) 297-8023 to get the list. Credits: |
